Overview
This website is operated by Tarry’s Apparel Co. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tarry’s Apparel Co. By visiting tarrysapparelco.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products and process payments.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

Products and pricing
We do our best to show our products, colors, and sizing as accurately as possible. Colors can look different depending on your screen, and slight variations can happen between production runs. Our sizing guidance is a recommendation, and fit can vary from child to child.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and promotions can change at any time without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of a typo or system error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

Orders and cancellations
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, and we may refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it ships by emailing hello@tarrysapparelco.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but it may be returned or exchanged under our Return and refund policy.

Payment
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By placing an order, you confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout and in our FAQ. Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, we aren’t responsible for carrier delays, but we’re always happy to help track down a package. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and refund policy, which is part of these Terms. Sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom orders are final sale.

Gift cards
Gift cards are final sale, can’t be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards don’t expire.

Promotions and free gifts
From time to time we offer discount codes, Bonus Bar rewards, and free gifts with purchase. Promotions are valid only during the stated period, can’t be combined unless we say so, and may end or change at any time. Free gifts are available while supplies last. If you return items from an order that brings it below a promotion threshold, the value of the free gift or discount may be deducted from your refund.

Reviews, photos, and creator content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us, including through tags on social media or our Creator Program, you give us permission to use, repost, and share it in connection with our brand, with credit where possible. Please only share content you have the right to share, and never submit anything offensive, misleading, or unlawful.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including our logo, designs, prints, photos, and text, belongs to Tarry’s Apparel Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to upload viruses or harmful code, to collect other users’ information, or to impersonate anyone.

Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites or services, such as shipping carriers or our returns portal. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer
Our site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Our clothing is designed for everyday wear and play, and normal wear and tear from regular use isn’t considered a defect.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarry’s Apparel Co. and its owners, employees, and partners aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase won’t exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Indemnification
You agree to hold Tarry’s Apparel Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
