Purchase options cancellation policy

This policy applies to any purchase made through a special purchase option at Tarry’s Apparel Co., including preorders, subscriptions, and any order where payment is collected at a later date.

Preorders
Preorder items are charged at checkout unless the product page says otherwise. Each preorder listing shows an estimated ship date. If that date changes, we’ll email you right away with the new timeline.

You can cancel a preorder for a full refund anytime before it ships. Email hello@tarrysapparelco.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Once a preorder ships, our standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies.
