Returns & Exchanges
At Tarry’s Apparel Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. At Tarry's, we take a lot of pride in providing thoughtful, responsive customer service and making exchanges and returns as easy as possible.
Returns
• Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns are free for orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
• For orders that paid shipping at checkout, the original $4.99 shipping charge is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Kids grow fast — sometimes sizes just miss the mark. We offer hassle-free exchanges to make things easy.
• Email hello@tarrysapparelco.com with your order number and the item and size you’d like instead.
• Once confirmed, your new item will ship right away so your child doesn’t have to wait.
• Your prepaid return label and envelope will be included inside the exchange shipment, so there’s nothing you need to print.
• Simply place the original item in the envelope and drop it in the mail.
• If the item you’d like is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email hello@tarrysapparelco.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We will send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom orders
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email hello@tarrysapparelco.com with your order number and request.
- We’ll send return instructions or confirm your exchange.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange.
