Exchanges & Returns

At Tarry’s Apparel Co., we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with easy exchanges and returns.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for a flat rate of $5.00 for a shipping/restocking fee unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same style.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at tarrysapparelco@gmail.com with your order number and requested exchange details.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at tarrysapparelco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send a replacement at no cost.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email tarrysapparelco@gmail.com with your order number and request.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions or confirm the exchange.

  3. Ship the item back to us.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send the exchange.
